I have switched from Constant Contact to Square and I love the fact that customers are added as they make a purchase, rather than gathering new emails from Square and importing them into CC.
However, I have had some issues:
My wife no longer gets our emails. Luckily it was my wife because she said something. A customer may just think we took them off. We have checked her spam folder and nothing is there either. When I export the email detail, it says that she received the email. How many other customers are not getting our emails?
I also have customers that received our emails from CC and since switching to Square Marketing, they don't. They show up on the Bounced List. Some are really good customers. I have checked and the email addresses are correct... they should be because I imported the addresses into Square from a file.
Has anyone else had these problems? Square Marketing is more expensive than CC, but worth it if it works properly.
