I recently started Squat text marketing. I only have 500 numbers on the list and over 40 customers have told me they aren't receiving our texts. They got the coupon from square when they signed up but nothing since. I've sent 3 messages over 3 weeks. Each one had an image and a little text. Only one had a link to our online store.
The link had 250 clicks so I know most people are getting the texts. Anyone know how to fix this?

Thanks for reaching out to the Community. Have the customers mentioned that they received a text as spam?
In the Customer Directory, you can see all activity associated with a specific customer. Simply click a profile to view past transactions, text marketing messages, email marketing messages, customer feedback, etc.
I don't know that there is such a thing as texts going to spam unless the carrier is just blocking them.

Hey! Thanks for the response! I just checked our text subscribers in the directory and under "activity" it only shows emails, not texts. Under "messages", it only shows when an order was placed or when they received the initial coupon. I just checked several customers that I know received the text and it doesn't show it.
They haven't told me that it's going to spam, that's my assumption. But they aren't coming through for some reason. Thank you for your response.
@Cupsandpups, thanks for your quick response. Your explanation was helpful. Text messages don't have a spam option, but customers can choose to opt-out or block the number. I recommend asking your customers to check their preferences.
