You can reach all your customers through Square by using the Square Marketing feature, which allows you to send targeted email or text campaigns. Here's a quick guide on how to post an ad for your customers:
Upgrade to Square Marketing (if you haven't already): This feature allows you to send out promotional emails, announcements, and offers to your customer list.
- Go to your Square Dashboard and click on the Marketing tab.
- Choose a plan that works for you.
Create a Campaign:
- Once you're in the Marketing section, you can create a new Email or Text campaign. You’ll be able to choose from pre-designed templates or create your own.
- Write your ad or promotion and add any images, discount codes, or links to your services or products.
Select Your Audience:
- You can send the ad to your entire customer list or segment your audience based on past purchases, visit frequency, or other criteria.
Send It Out:
- Review your ad, then hit Send! You can also schedule it for a specific time or date if you want it to go out later.
By using Square Marketing, you can promote your business effectively and keep your messages centralized within the Square system. If you’re not ready to upgrade, you can also post messages through customer receipts or invoices, though the marketing feature gives you more flexibility.
