In the past, coupons could be cancelled by locating the customer it was issued to in the POS app and then using the "Manage Coupon" option to cancel it if needed. I no longer see this option anywhere. Is there another way to cancel individual email marketing generated 6-digit coupon codes?

I've passed along your question regarding the in-app behavior for cancelling coupons to our Square Marketing team. Once I receive more information from them, I'll update you here to confirm the details.
In the meantime, you're able to cancel the coupon directly from your online Square Dashboard by scrolling down to the Coupon Performance section of your campaign, then selecting Cancel Coupon.
Thank you for the information. The Coupon Performance section seems as though it will cancel all the coupons generated in the campaign, and I want to only cancel a coupon for 1 customer in the campaign.
I would definitely appreciate any update on how to cancel a coupon for 1 customer in a campaign.

To cancel a coupon you would have to go into the directory and enter the customer's name. Once you select the customer, a box will pop up to the right, and if you scroll down to coupons you can manage from there. See screenshot.
Thanks, JJ. Unfortunately, I do not have the "Coupon" section in my dashboard. I used to have something similar, but it's not there anymore. Right now the coupon only shows in the Activity portion of the customer screen.

I've included 3 screenshots, so you can see what I see when I look at a customer's profile in my dashboard. Each screenshot show's what I see when I scroll down. As you can see, I don't have any Coupon section. The 3rd photo shows were I see the coupon that was generated for the customer, but clicking on it only shows me the coupon code, no options to manage it. Thanks.
