I've searched everywhere, made any changes recommended, but I can't seem to change the business email signature when communicating through email and text with customers on Square dashboard. When I send a digital coupon to a customer by email through Square dashboard, the customer sees outdated information displayed regarding the shop location and related. I would like to update the information the customer sees when I'm sending them a digital coupon. This is for one to one communications with individual customers. I have 5 locations currently, and the current information displayed to customers is for a now closed location. It can be confusing to customers. The email message is associated with this from Square:
HI, you need to contact Square Support so they can update on their dashboard. (All original information is kept on their dashboard for security reasons.)
