Solved: Help with google reviews

I setup a google business profile. I haven't fully verified it yet.

I logged into square dashboard and linked it but now when I go back to google reviews in my Square dashboard I just get the getting started button.

And when I click on it I'm taken to the channel page.

I'd upload a screenshot but I can't figure out how to on this site.

Is this normal or did I do something wrong?

This is normal. Until the Google Business Profile is fully verified, Square often loops back to “Getting started” even if it looks linked. It’s not always clear, but it doesn’t usually mean you’ve done anything wrong. You made need to go into google settings deeper an look at how they want you to verify - maybe with a video...
