Hello to all. I am new here (converting over from Shopify which has way less than I found on Square). So far, I love the features, but I am unable to get sales. I seemingly have the foot traffic according to my numbers. I offer loyalty and subscriptions, discounts. What else can I do? It’s a bit tricky because I own an adult novelty store, so marketing is EXTREMELY challenging.

I'm not sure of how you can produce more sales, I assume your subscription service deals with like monthly "boxes"?

Yes. There are 3 different tiers. Each tier gets what the last tier gets plus another perk. I incorporated a “happy hour” where everyday between 6-8, you get 20% off. On top of other little deals like $5 off your next order. I have a good bit of old inventory I am trying to get ride of, so that’s why zi implement so many deals.

I know you can't show your products on social media I am wondering if you can do something fun- like tongue-in-cheek marketing... Like I have this vision of a funny bunch of carrots where there are little baby carrots and then a bigger carrots  and then say something like.. who says size doesn't matter..

or like all the codes emojis with a IFYKYK. I think it can be done it just has to be very clever.

I would also start a TikTok channel and talk relationship advise and spiciness over there.

That’s a good idea. I did get a IG, Snapchat, TikTok and even YouTube (aside from FB). But, I need my 13 year old to help me navigate through them all essentially. I bought a Ring Light like the popular influencers have. So, I am hooding that some blogging will help out. I have really cool items, so I think showcasing them someone will help. Not just posting pics of them.
