I have noticed the last month or so I am not getting any sugggestions-or very few- for duplicate customers to be merged. I was searching for a customer today and two records popped up. The first one had a different phone number to the second one, however, name, address, and email were exactly the same and yet square didn't suggest merging the two which it always used to do. Has something changed?
@Eddiemunster I don't get as many either, I think it might be due to more detail being looked at than just the e-mail or phone number. I find though doing a manual merge on some accounts isn't that hard. I filtered out anyone who hadn't visited in a year for me since I do foodservice.
