Expand Loyalty Enrollment Embedded Sign-Up Form Code to Include Name and Phone

I'd like to use the embedded sign-up code form to allow users to enroll into the loyalty program but the embed code only includes e-mail address.

This seems like an oversight since loyalty programs at the point-of-sale usually operate on phone numbers.

Is there any way to add inputs to the embed code to collect first name, last name, and phone number?

In all honestly, I am not super familiar with aspects of what you can edit within Loyalty. I am going to go ahead and tag in a few of our Square Champions to see if they know some helpful information. @mdgolden01, @LocavoreStore, or @BofBArtStudio, do any of you wonderful sellers have any insight on this, by chance?

Hi @DanielAW 

In your Square Dashboard if you go under customers -> Loyalty -> Marketing -> Other

And then scroll down to the bottom, there is a place where you can grab the link that you can place on your website for your customers to be able to sign up, check in, and check their own loyalty rewards status. 

 

This is what we have on our website for our customers and it works great.

As for the embed code, that you are referring to, That is specifically to collect email addresses for email marketing to send out newsletters. We use that as well on our website and collect email signups for our weekly newsletter that we send out from Square marketing.

Thank you, that's definitely closer to what I was looking for and may work. We're really hoping to collect e-mail AND phone number in one shot because we want to send newsletters AND get people signed up for loyalty. Seems like this would be a good capability to add to the features.

It would be ideal if this loyalty sign-up page could be embedded like the email collection options sign-up form

Yes I agree. I would recommend that you put that in the Ideate And then link it here and I'll upvote it.

We have the same as you as our newsletter sign up is embedded on our page but the loyalty sign up requires jumping over to squareup.com.

I think this would be something that would get a lot of votes.
