Email Collection-Incorrect Logo

I am setting up a QR code for email collection and the incorrect logo is appearing on the Email Collection template. I have gone through the troubleshooting steps I've found online but the correct logo is on everything logo related. The logo that it is pulling does not even seem to be loaded onto the site so I'm not sure where it is coming from. Any help to correct this is appreciated.

It sounds like you’ve already checked your logo settings. Sometimes, the email collection form can pull an older or cached version of your logo. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try next:

  1. Clear your browser cache or open the QR code link in a private/incognito window to see if the correct logo appears.

  2. Double-check your Business Information and Receipt settings in your Square Dashboard, occasionally, the logo used there can override others.

  3. If the issue continues, please share a screenshot of the incorrect logo or the link/QR code you’re using so we can take a closer look on our end.
