Customers and Loyalty points

Hello!  Is there a way to export customers and their loyalty points from one business to another?

@pacocares Yes, there is.  Before I answer that, I’ll say be very careful about doing this, though, unless you have explicit permission from your customers to “share” that data, even if both companies are yours.  There are federal and state laws (especially surrounding text messages!) that prohibit sharing customer contact information between businesses without such permission.  You probably already know this, but I like to put it out there just in case.  Please don’t be offended.  I don’t want any fellow seller to run afoul of regulations that might cause them fines or more.  Having said that…….!

From your online dashboard, go to Customers -> Directory.  Click the button “Export Customers.”  Toggle on “Specific Groups” then check “Loyalty Enrollees” followed by the Export button.  That will export a CSV file you can then import.  You could also edit that CSV in a spreadsheet to delete any customers for whom you don’t have permission to share their data.

Import Customers is the same place in the dashboard for the other company.
