I sent out a marketing e-mail today and this evening it was redeemed by the same person twice. Same e-mail. Made two consecutive orders and redeemed the coupon twice. Is there a way to adjust the settings on this? I checked the coupon settings and it isn't listed... Thank you

I did get an update @DSG509. Our team confirmed coupons can't be updated once they're sent out. Going forward, you would want to send out the unique code-not a vanity coupon-that should be a one-time use coupon.
