Customer loyalty screen question!

Hello! We are having issues with our customer loyalty screen! When we start a transaction and the customer goes it select "check in" it won't allow them to enter their phone number. We have to do it manually on our side. It says something in the regards to "can not sign in, please notify cashier"

Wondering if anyone else has had this issue and if so, how do you fix it?

Hey @itspoppin53964.  I had something like this happen a few months ago, and even WE could not do it from the POS.  What I ended up having to do was to sign completely out of the POS, then delete and reinstall the POS app.  Then when I signed back in to the POS, everything was fine.  

 

One caution, since you didn’t say.  I’m not sure you can/should delete any of the POS apps if you are using Register, but I don’t know since I never have used or wanted that piece of hardware.  So, instead of deleting the app, it might work to sign out of the POS apps, then force close and reboot everything.  That should clear any issues/ghosts, if indeed you are having a similar issue to mine.

 

Let me know whether or not that works.

Thank you for your help! I should have mentioned that we have the Square Register. I don't know if I can delete it.
