I’m using the Square app that is free – and I can’t see the customer address from the credit card transaction anymore. It used to be included when I printed out the order, even though the order was for pickup. How can I access this information?
I have been with Square since 2019, and my customers that are not in my Square Directory do not have an address assigned. The only ones that do are ones I asked at the time of sale, and entered or had them enter their address. Now some of the customers that I did not ask for their information I do have a partial Email or Phone number for, but they still have no full address. The only way I know to get their address would be to ask them and enter it or have a QR code that they can scan with a cell phone to enter their data using a Google Form. Square has a way to get customer to signup for Email campaigns to keep them informed. The problem is it does not have them enter their mailing address.
So I am not sure where your customers address was coming from in Square from their Credit Card, as mine never have since 2019.
