Custom Gift Box Manufacturer...any recommendations?

Hello Square Community Members! I've been in a bit of a paralysis for quite some time for one issue in the marketing of my business products. I have never been able to find a company that makes custom rigid gift boxes in the United States. My items are handmade in the USA and I'd feel most comfortable also having the final packaing made in the USA. There are a ton that are based overseas, and while I don't have an issue using them (if I could verify their quality), I just can't find any that I trust will product quality items. I don't believe their photos are real, or I read reviews about horrible quality in their delivered gift boxes.

Does anyone have a company (either in the USA or abroad) that they have used to make a custom rigid gift box like I have pictured? I'd also like it to have EVA foam inserts to hold my products. It would really be the icing on my Marketing Cake to find a reliable partner for quality, dependable gift boxes.

I've also started to explore how to build my own using a cricut material cutter, but I'm afraid I may fall down into a rabbit hole if I start doing that work by hand on top of producing my actual products for inside the boxes. But if you have experience making packaging yourself, I'd LOVE to hear your story!

Don't know if this is what you are thinking.  But if you are paying to stuff boxes, I got a soon to be 17 year old I can put to work for you.

thanks @Donnie-M yes, these are the kinds of companies I trying to source from. Somebody to make a really nice gift box. 

I appreciate the offer of help and if I was doing a huge run of these with a lots of items I'd take you up on that offer. I'm probably only going to be sending a few out per month, nothing like a subscription service, but more like a sample of wares to select retailers, so I'm hoping a slick package will help sell the items better.

I’ve seen a lot of small businesses run into this same issue—finding a U.S.-based company that makes quality rigid gift boxes with custom foam inserts isn’t easy. Overseas options can be hit or miss, and yeah, the photos don’t always match the real thing.
