Custom Emails & New Signups Coupon

Okay, I've looked all over and even asked support via email and kept getting an automated response.

PLEASE do not send me the "getting started with square marketing" page, I've been all over it and it does not answer these questions. Seriously getting frustrated with Square only sending automated responses and not actually talking to their users.

1. How do I send a mass email to my customers that is NOT an automated campaign.

For example, I want to send an email sharing about new items that are available, but in marketing and emails, all I can do is send something automated with a coupon.

2. Is it possible to automatically send a coupon to someone who signs up for my email list?

NOT someone who makes a first time purchase, but someone who has just signed up to receive my emails via the email signup system in Square Online.

I have heard back from our team @FiveEightCreate :

1." To send a custom email, they would just need to create a campaign over automation. when it comes to those automatons, there currently isn't any way to customize that. If the seller wants to do like a weekly email, or something that could be manually sent, they can make a smart group in the directory of new customers that will automatically update to add or remove customers once they meet or no longer meet the filter set.

2. This is not possible Square does not have a way to automatically send coupons. I don't see a request like this on our Ideate Board. You can add your request there and we can track and provides updates as they are available.
