When a customer puts their phone number in for an order ready text can it automatically add it to the loyalty program or how do I make it so it is automatic?
Hi @BartonR. This is not currently possible with Square, nor is it possible with third-party loyalty programs that integrate with our Square accounts. For now, you’ll need to re-enter that phone number when the loyalty enrollment screen pops up on your POS. If you wish, you can head over to the Ideate Board and submit a feature request to the Loyalty team. This will start an evaluation process that will eventually result in a decision about whether to add the feature in a future product update. Otherwise, there are not short-term workarounds.
