Can I use this platform to grow my customer base?

A few things I could think of to grow your customer Base:

1. Talk to Realators.  With high prices of houses, people may look for Fixer uppers , or may need work done for a buyer.
2. Find out when your local court house may be holding auctions for foreclousers or other real estate offerings.  These places may need repairs when sold / bought
3. Build a Website with a Contact link and pictures of Before and After work was done.

The hardest part for your line is most Home owners do not remodel their homes continually.  So I would suggest looking for people that are trying to flip houses that need work.  This would help build your business, since they would be more likely to be repeat business.

I have a friend here in PA that does Kitchen Designs and remodels.  What she does is contracts remodelers to do the work to her design.  You may want to advertise to or talk to Bathroom or Kitchen Designers.  They may already have people they use but sometime because of time, they may need to use someone else.
