Automated Coupons

Hi  - if we send an automated coupon to new customers, how will that coupon be applied in store? Will it automatically apply when they check in when returning? Or will we have to manually enter it somewhere?

@aarfpetcentral  Welcome to the community. When our birthday coupons go out, the customer is given a code. When they come in they show us the code and we tap the 3 dots in the upper right hand corner of the POS, then tap redeem reward, in the next window in the upper right hand corner tap Use Code. Enter the code and the discount is given.
