Customer used credit card money is in the account, but it will not let it hit my bank account or I can pay for materials. Can you help me?

Hi JimStanle1979,

Assuming your Square Account is setup properly and you have a bank account connected, it takes up to 36 hours or 1 to 2 business days for funds to be deposited or transferred to your bank account, this is the standard method.  Business days are considered to be Monday thru Friday.  The transfer action can be delayed if there's a holiday or the transaction took place over the weekend.   Square does offer options for receiving your money faster if that's something you're interested in - see this info.  (Note, there are additional fees for these options.)
