So I have watching the few threads that exist here already in hopes that square to google contact syncing will be an updated feature. I am quite frustrated that it has been 2 years and no progress on this, but in that time more features have been changed, taken away, or as of recently put behind a pay wall / subscription. The fact that I can get this done with a third party software on new customers is annoying due to the fact that obviously it can be done but the lack of development on square side makes me truly consider changing platforms for all of my business needs. Will this EVER be a solution that is taken seriously for business' that run service based rather than item based? The fact that I would have to manually add my existing customers just so they show up on caller ID and not be treated as new customers is maddening.
