Hiya, So have you received the bad review from feedback from a receipt? If so I don't believe these can be seen publicly. But from experience if you reply with kindness and offering a solution or saying you will contact them directly, future customers will see this and see you do your best to rectify this. At the end of the day we are only human, and that we can't please everyone.
