I cant seem to get my square reader to accept contactless payments? Is anyone else experiencing this?
I have tried to reset, pair (just about everything), and having no luck.
Any help would be appreciated

If you've exhausted the troubleshooting options on this page, the next step would be to reach out to our Support Team for further assistance. If your reader is showing signs of damage and is still within the warranty period, you can submit a warranty claim online.

1. Sign in to your Square account.
2. Head to our contact page https://squ.re/3AWfZs2.
3. Go to "Other", then "I don't see my issue".
4. Click "Message us", "Email us" or "Call Us".
Or, if you see the new chatbot help flow, type “support” to bring up a list of contact methods.
