I want to get payments going but I entered a trust instead of individual, can i change it? and how

Per Square's Terms of Service, you need to provide accurate business information when signing up. If your business is operating as Trust, you can't sign up as an individual.
Learn more about the signup process as a Trust here. If you are in fact operating as an Individual, you'd have to create a new Square account with a different email address. More about business details required to create an account in this guide.
