is it possible to print instructions on the order tickets that the customer doesn't see?

Ie, Cheran's Ice cream - Two waffles, one flake, three sprinkles , a unicorn horn and some gold glitter and don't forget to smile!

Thanks!

Hey @Cherans_Bakery, thanks for your post.

Yes, you should be able to set this up as long as you have Open Tickets enabled on your devices.

Once you create a new ticket you have the option to add a note to the ticket.

New Ticket > Ticket Name > Add a note.

If you don't have a note to add at the start of the transaction you can simply leave 'Add a note' blank and then, later on, edit the ticket but pressing the three dots on the top right of the screen and press 'edit ticket > add note'

You can then enable order tickets to print out the note, but the note won't be viewable on the customer's receipt.

I hope this helps!

Thanks - that almost helps!   I should have specified; I’d like the note to be PRESET.

is this possible?

 Thanks Alan

Oops, I see what you mean now, sorry!

I've had a good look this morning and I haven't found a way to do this, unfortunately.

We would only have this functionality available for the customer copy at the moment.

If I do come across any other workarounds I'll let you know @Cherans_Bakery
