HELP
Hi, I have a team member who has recently changed their phone to a new iPhone17 Pro X and now is unable to access Square Tap & Pay at all. Can anyone out there help with a step by step process to rectify this issue as the rest of the team have no issues at all.
I would suggest stopping by a local iPhone store to get help with the settings. It would probably take all of five minutes for them to check why it's not allowing Square Tap & Pay.

Hi Bonny, the team member involved has taken her phone to Telstra & she was sdvised to pair it up to a Square reader which we had on hand from prior to moving to the Tap & Go set up. Next step will be to take the phone to another phone store to see if someone can actually help
