We set up a Square account for our small company for art fairs. We filled in all the info, gave them our personal and banking info, then got a notice of "Unable to Complete Identity Verification".
No explanation. No ability to correct anything. Hours of circular support all ended with "We can't tell you why."
We are 100% legit, excellent credit, company has been around for years but never accepted credit cards.
If we can find out why, we could correct it. Square won't tell us. Could be a typo? Maybe they don't like our email? Or a new business cell phone? NO way to know! But they do have all our info....
Any suggestions?
