I set up an account with Square but they said I don’t qualify to accept credit card payments. Why?

Thank you for your help. I did change m6 address recently, perhaps that was the problem, but I don’t see a “try again” option, as my account has already been set up.
You con follow this steps to try again:
"If you’ve been declined once, head to squareup.com/activation, sign in, read the instructions and click Try Again."
