I have not signed up to Clearpay and at the moment have no intention of doing so. So why are my customers seeing messages about clearpay as per the picture? It will only confuse them. Can we get rid of them please?

Hi @alansh, thanks for flagging this.
I had a look around and it seems that on Sept 6th Square customers who had not indicated whether they want to opt in or out were automatically enrolled in Clearpay and it became an option for their buyers on their Square Online sites.
I would guess that's what happened here - sorry about that 😞
To disable Clearpay payments on your Square Online site:

In future, can you default to "nothing changes" if someoen doesn't respond in time? I was away on holiday when the message came out and by the time I looked at it, it had already been changed.
