What’s your minimum goal before you feel “safe” running the event?

There’s always that quiet number in your head where you stop refreshing the dashboard every hour and think, “Okay, this event is happening” )

We hear this a lot from organizers, especially a week or two before doors open.

What we see in TicketsCandy data:

- Most organizers feel “safe” around 65–70% of break-even.

- Events that hit break-even at least 10 days out are far less likely to cancel.

- About 40% of total sales often come in the final week.

Some people calculate it down to the dollar, and others go by gut )
