My best-selling product is my handmade greeting cards, which are inspired by my journey of healing and joy. My name is Kelcie Richardson, and I’m thrilled to be part of the Square Seller Community! I’m the founder of Towles Home Cleaning Services, based in Los Angeles, CA. We specialize in providing a range of cleaning solutions for both residential and commercial clients, offering everything from quick touch-ups to comprehensive deep cleans.

A little about me: I started this business with a passion for creating clean, welcoming spaces, inspired by my late mother’s values of organization and care. We named the business after her to honor her entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to cleanliness. With over seven years in the industry, I’m committed to delivering top-notch service and supporting my team as we grow our offerings.

Currently, we’ve set up our Square Online site to make booking as easy as possible for our clients, and we use Square Appointments and Square Teams to manage scheduling and payroll. I’m always on the lookout for ways to improve our business operations, expand our service range, and connect with other small business owners.
