Website erroring out on iphone When I try to open my website on iphones it loads partialy then break

on my website profile page on iPhone both chrome and safari the page breaks as you scroll down or click a link that takes you further down the page. this problem has just started and i cant see any issue on pc when editing the webpage. I've seen a  few others have similar problems. i have cleaned my web browser restarted my phone and nothing seems to help.

We've seen this with Square Online sites too — they're fully client-rendered which can break on certain mobile browsers.

Things to try:

1. Clear Square Online cache — in your Dashboard go to Website > Settings and look for a republish option
2. Check for large images — unoptimised images can crash mobile browsers, especially on older iPhones. Compress any images over 1MB
3. Test in Safari private mode — rules out browser extensions or cached issues
4. Check third-party scripts — if you've added any custom code, analytics, or chat widgets, try disabling them temporarily

Since you mentioned it's the profile page specifically, it might be a JavaScript error on that page.
