Verify Identity & "Unable to Reach Server" message

Hi,

 

I'm in my final stage of setting up my account and all I have to do is verify my identity (which I've already done at the start of the process, so no idea why I need to do it again).  

 

When I complete the Verify your Identity and fill in all boxes and click OK, it comes up with "Unable to Reach Server".

 

I'm definitely logged on to the network and I've tried two different locations (one in the city and here at home). I've tried using my iPhone, iPad and three different computers and every single time I get the same message.  I even waited 24hrs and that hasn't worked.

 

So absolutely clueless as to what to do - and I have a tradeshow at the weekend to attend, so if I don't get this sorted I won't be able to accept online payments.....

 

So HELP!!!

Thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear you're having trouble with the sign up process!

 

To be honest this sounds like a bugged account - I'm not sure what may have caused this, but if possible I'd encourage you to try creating another account. I've not heard of any other issues of this nature recently, however I've seen this one happen once or twice a year in the past as a strange outlying issue. 

 

If you need to re-use the email address you can contact support to remove the email from the account you can call our support team on 1800 760 137. Lines are open Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm Melbourne time.

 

If you have access to another email though I'd go ahead and try creating another account and seeing if this one works to get up and running ASAP!
