At this time, Square doesn't have a feature that lets you offset travel fees if a customer book an appointments at their location. I see that you've already filed a feature request, and I'll make sure to mention this to our product team as well.
I'll let you know if this feature is released, but feel free to also joined our Beta Community to test new features in the meantime !
