I am new to square and i tried to set up my Simplii Financial bank account, and it seems to have no problem with the institution number and transit number, however when i go to enter the account number it only allows me to enter 5 digits. My account number is 8 digits. I have tried to enter it correctly many times. I left it with the 5 digits and it sent through the verification and said the account was not verified and ready to go... But I didn't see the 1 cent verification transaction go through my account, i believe it must have gone to someone else's account.
Has anyone else had this problem before?
