Square cannot verify the users'

Hi all, 

My client is having issues getting verified with Square to create an account. She hasn’t moved in years and is unwilling to input her SIN number. Is there another way for her to get verified?

Hello @aortiz. 

We understand that providing personal information is not preferred. However, to create a Square account, a SIN number is required in order to get approved for a Square account. This thread in our Seller Community provides more insight into this.
