We take multiple payments from the same group of customers (club members). I do want to be able to give digital receipts but I don't want to have the Customer Feedback section included in every receipt. Can I remove that section from digital receipts?

Yes you can disable customer feedback on your digital receipts by following these steps:
Square Dashboard > Customers > Settings > Feedback > Toggle off Collect Feedback from your digital receipts.
