I have a few sales but I haven't received any of it. I would like to know is there a certain minimum or limit before you send the sales on the bank account? Thank you.
The money should be transferred on the next working day, ensure that your banking info is set up correctly and your transfer dates are correct. How long has it been since the first sale??
My banking has been set up properly and my first sale was on March 2021 until now I haven't received any. Thank you.
This seems concerning as it should have gone through to your bank account, have you made sure you’re checking the right card for the money, I don’t want to ask too much on the forum as of course it is all public, also @tranguyen if you are around you may be able to bring this up with the appropriate team?

Hey @LTCLAYCO, the only other thing I can think of is: if you have multiple locations, please make sure you've linked your bank account to both locations to receive funds. To link the same bank account to both locations:
If this is not applicable, the best thing to do would be to contact our Support team directly. You can give them a call on 0800 - 098 8008, Mon-Fri, 9AM-5PM and they'll be able to assist further as there are additional account-specific settings they'd have access to.

I know most options have been covered here, but when you log into the online dash does it show you a balance?
If you go to ‘balances’ on the menu on the left are you given the option to transfer your balance?
it’s possible that a setting has changed to not automatically transfer your money & for you to do it manually.
