Happy to help look into this for you. What type of pin is prompting you when signing in? Can you provide a screenshot of the screen you are seeing?

I am having a similar situation as @snow94
I did not save the pin, and now I do not know how to change the settings to remove the pin- so I cannot change personalized settings.
