Received my hard-wear order today but they going to refund my payment?

Hello everyone,

I've ordered a Square terminal for my new business and received my order today,

but meanwhile got the email that says they cancelled my hard-wear plan and also

going to refund my payment in 3 days. not sure what issue happened in between.

if anyone knows who I can contact to solve this issue?

Hey there @po1013! Would you be so kind to share your order number here? I would also recommend you confirm this email came from Square and that it isn't some sort of phishing scam. I've seen a few of those going around.

Hi JJ, I contacted customer service on Thursday the young lady said she need to discuss this with her

manager to see how to solve this issue then will get back to me on Friday but unfortunately,

I did not receive any response but I do receive the refund this morning.

the order number is AU-957283245
