Having a look into your Square account, it appears that you're using the beta version of Square's POS app on your S5. Are you able to try installing the regular version of Square's POS app and seeing if this works? You should be able to find this in the Google Play store by searching for "Square POS". You want the one with the grey square icon, rather than the blue square icon 👍
