Q4 is here Square sellers! 

 

What are you strategizing for?

 

We just recently restructured our payroll plan/hours and I am doing things a little differently. We used to be open 7 days per week (5 full days, 2 half days) and I am cutting us back to 4 full days. I am noticed a slip in productivity where we are essentially spending more money on payroll to make the same amount of money. I am hoping this switch will cause clients to shift and book during these 4 full days instead which will keep my staff busier and reduce this bloat.

Happy Q4! 
I think too much availability can cause a lot of wasted working hours. Trimming down the your schedule will definitely help with payroll and clients will adjust. Iโ€™ve changed schedules many times in my salon and clients have and will make time. Good luck @Bronze_Palms ๐ŸŽ‰

For Q4, Iโ€™m planning for some 2025 roll outs! Beefing up scheduled email marketing and adding more inventory to our online store! ๐Ÿ˜Š
