Plug in for word press - charged or free?

Hi, I am trying to plug square as a payment gateway for my immigration consulting website. But web developer says there is a fee of $59 to set it up. However, the square website says it is free to set up. Square team, please clarify 

1. is there any fee for set up?

However, since you've hired a web developer to build out a website for you using WordPress, the costs are unrelated to the free Square Online Store. In this case, you will be integrating Square as the payment processor for your WordPress website, rather than using our free Square Online Store option.

Although your web developer may have more insight into the $59 figure they are presenting, I can confirm that the Square/WordPress integration pricing begins at $25.
