As I was inputting new arrivals into the system, I noticed that the toggle on that we had to create payment links at the bottom of the screen is no longer there. The only way I've seen to add the link to any new arrivals is to go into the payment links section and create the link. Am I overlooking this step in the item library or do I really have to go to a completely different screen to create the links now.
That sounds like the item screen may have split the payment-link step out of the Item Library path. I would compare one older item that still had the toggle with one new arrival: same item type, location, fulfillment, tax, and visibility settings. Then create one link from the Payment Links page for the new item and go back to the item record to see whether it is attached anywhere there. If the old item still shows the toggle but the new item never does, that gives support a clean before/after report instead of guessing: old item path, new item path, and payment link created from the separate screen.
All my other products have a product link attached, but when you click on the older items the toggle is not there anymore. I think it was removed and now to add the link I have to go into another menu.
