POS adding with-in

im adding new things to the POS and selling the same item in different flavors. Is there a way to have a drop down menu for the flavors or do i need to make a new item each time?

You can use modifiers.  check out this link for how to. https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/5119

basically, you choose 6" pizza then add modifiers for meats, etc.  same item every time but different options each time.
