Online orders and drawer reports not printing

Currently, my drawer reports are printing black pages and my online orders are also printing blank pages, if they print at all. This has done this several times before. I am using the square stand with an iPad and it usually means there has been an apple update and I have to update square as well. That has always fixed it. I did the update that was posted 2 days ago and the problem isn't fixed. I called support and she had no help to offer. We sell high-demand items and I don't want my employees overselling the floor when it has been sold online and I need my managers shipping orders as they come in as well. Anyone else currently having this issue and found a fix? I have deleted, reinstalled, updated, and everything else I can think of.
