Hi new to square. Over last 3 months I have accrued a good deal of money from sales however the bank that I linked to square still only shows the money I used to open the account. What am I doing wrong why hasn't that money been transferred to my bank? Please and thank you for any help.

While we can't look into your transfers via this public forum, you can reach our support team on 1800 760 137 (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm AEDT). In the meantime, it's worth checking that your bank account is linked here. Next, you can see if we've sent transfers to your bank account via the Balance section of your Dashboard.
