Just shipped: Apple Wallet + Google Wallet referral cards for Square sellers

Hey all, quick heads-up in case it's useful.

Just to be clear upfront: this is about customer referrals (customer bringing a friend), not Square Loyalty points. Different thing, complementary.

We shipped wallet passes on ViralRef (the referral platform I built for Square sellers). Every referrer can now save their personal referral card straight to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet from their phone. One tap, no app to install.

What's on the pass:

- Your business name and logo (auto-pulled from your ViralRef settings)

- The referrer's name, code, and QR code friends scan to sign up

- The reward line, e.g. "Earn a $25 gift card per referral"

Why it matters: the biggest reason referrals don't happen is the referrer can't find their code when the moment shows up. If it's in their wallet next to their credit card, it's always one swipe away.

Also included three print-ready card templates (business card, table tent, flyer) for anyone who wants a physical version at the counter.

Nothing to configure. Every existing referrer sees the wallet buttons on their referral screen automatically.

Happy to answer questions or show anyone a live example. If you're a Square seller running or wanting to run a referral program, this is the piece we kept hearing was missing.
