Items not available online - please help

I have just set up a few items to sell and when we publish the site and click on the items it shows as not available. 

The stock is adequate.

The fulfilment methods are updated.

I have republished the site.

Items are visible. 

I feel like we've done everything but it wont allow people to order.

Please help

Hi @hillspf I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your online items!

You've gone ahead and completed all of the troubleshooting steps we would usually recommend here. Was your site just newly published for the first time? If so, this may have nothing to do with your settings but rather the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificate on your site.

SSL encrypts the data that is sent from a user's device to your Square Online site and back, creating a secure data exchange. SSL is enabled by default the first time you publish your Square Online website, so there's nothing extra you need to do. It may take anywhere between 24-48 hours before the SSL certificate is fully configured and your items become available to purchase.

Are the items still showing as unavailable today?
