Is the form of the address important?

I am trying to verify my identity but I think there is a problem with my address. Should I add my Unit as well ot just the name and number of the street? Because I have tried with U234, Unit 234 and UNIT 234 and none of them is working and my identity is not verified. Can I contact someone to do the verification?

Thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear about the trouble! Generally, you'll want to enter your name, and address details exactly as they appear on your ID. If you have moved in the last 6-12 months, try entering your previous address, and let us know how you go!
